Stainless Steel 316Ti Washers consist mainly of iron, chromium (16-18%), nickel (10-14%), molybdenum (2-3%) and titanium (0.5-1%). The presence of titanium increases the resistance of the alloy to sensitization when welding is done, making its strength and resistance to corrosion better. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of 520-720 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. These washers are strong in resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and oxidation at high temperatures and are suitable for harsh environments.
