Stainless Steel 17-4 PH Washers consist mainly of iron with 15–17.5% chromium, 3–5% nickel, 3–5% copper, and minute quantities of elements like niobium, manganese, and silicon. They possess outstanding mechanical strength, with tensile strength of up to 1310 MPa and yield strength of about 1170 MPa in the H900 heat-treated state. These washers also have high hardness, fatigue, and good toughness. Physically, they have a density of 7.75 g/cm³ and a melting point around 1400°C. Their excellent corrosion resistance makes them suitable for high-stress and high-temperature industrial environments.
