Copper Nickel 70/30 Stud Bolts contain 70% copper and 30% nickel with trace amounts of iron and manganese to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. They have good mechanical properties such as a tensile strength of 310–500 MPa and a yield strength of 105–275 MPa, with satisfactory elongation and hardness. They physically possess a density of 8.95 g/cm³ and a melting point of around 1170°C. These stud bolts also exhibit high thermal and electrical conductivity and high resistance to biofouling and are hence suitable for severe marine and industrial applications.
