Phosphorous Bronze Washers are composed of approximately 88-90% Copper, 9-10% Tin, and 0.1-0.4% Phosphorus. They have high tensile strength (up to 550 MPa), good fatigue resistance, and good hardness, which makes them suitable for high-pressure conditions. The washers have high density of about 8.8 g/cm³ and a melting point close to 930°C. Their high elasticity, electrical conductivity, and corrosion resistance make them durable in severe conditions.
