Incoloy threaded rods are essentially made up of Nickel (30–46%), Chromium (19–23%), and Iron with added Molybdenum, Copper, and Titanium, varying with grade. They possess great mechanical strength, tensile strength up to 700 MPa, and a yield strength of approximately 275 MPa. They possess good creep resistance and ductility. They are physically characterized by a density of about 8.1 g/cm³ and a melting point close to 1385°C. Their tough composition guarantees stability in harsh thermal and corrosive conditions.
