Monel Stud Bolts usually contain about 63% Nickel, 30-34% Copper, with minor impurities of Iron, Manganese, and Silicon. They possess high tensile strength (up to 550–790 MPa), very good fatigue properties, and satisfactory ductility. Their density is around 8.8 g/cm³ and melting range of 1300°C–1350°C. Their superior seawater, acid, and high-temperature oxidation resistance properties make them extremely suitable for challenging industrial applications, particularly where reliability and lifespan are essential.
