Their mechanical behavior is tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. They are physically dense at 7.9 g/cm³ and have a melting point of between 1400–1455°C. These properties offer excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and strength, suited to applications involving thermal cycling and corrosive environments.
