Incoloy 825 Nuts are made up of a balanced composition of 38–46% nickel, 22% min iron, 19.5–23.5% chromium, 2.5–3.5% molybdenum, and 1.5–3% copper. This composition is responsible for good resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids. At the mechanical level, these nuts have a tensile strength of around 690 MPa and a yield strength of about 310 MPa with good elongation and toughness. Physically, Incoloy 825 melts at approximately 1400°C and shows high thermal stability, which is well suited for corrosive and high-temperature industrial environments.
